Enrollment requires the following steps be completed:

• Completion of all application forms
• Submission of all necessary records; including transcript, school records, physical examination form, immunization records, and photocopy of student’s birth certificate
• Completion of any necessary testing
• Student and parents or guardians interview with the administration

• Payment of appropriate fees
